Youth Worker (Sports)

I have a passion for youth work and people development. Having worked in professional football academies and in all stages of education from pre-school to university, I have an understanding of the many different needs of young people. 

I believe every young person has the potential to achieve their goals and be successful, and whilst I believe in developing young people through sports it is still definitely with an holistic approach. Putting their interests and needs first, my role is to facilitate not dictate.
