These streams use dance to

Sports Excel contains 3 streams; Open sports sessions, sports coaching and a basketball academy. All of these use sport to encourage young people to engage in positive activities, develop life skills and make healthy life choices.

Expression is a youth
community group that meets weekly for young people aged 13-19 in Harrow. It aims to encourage and inspire young people through sports, social time, food and life skills discussions.

Drugs Road Show
aims to raise drugs
awareness amongst
young people in the
High and Middle
schools in Harrow,
and get them
thinking about the
effects that drugs
could have on them
and the people around them.

Detchached work aims to increase community cohesion on Rayners Lane estate and Wealdstone High street through a reduction in anti-social and aggressive behaviour.
It also works as a great
way to engage the most
at risk in society.

The project offers practical help to people in mental and emotional distress to enable them rise above the circumstances in which they find themselves, see the world in a new way and find the strength to move on in their lives
as quickly as
possible.

This is a project in partnership with Harrow Council seeking to support any young parents aged 13-21 in Harrow through an informal group that meets every week in Wealdstone.

 

Romance Academy is a 12-15 week project supporting and mentoring up to twelve young people aged 14-19 as they build their self-esteem
and look at issues around relationships
and sex through meeting
up every week.

 

During the year we run a number of different projects such as drama projects, fun week, weekends away and camping.
