Ignite is working in partnership with the Youth Sector Development Fund (YSDF), Harrow Youth Service, Safer Harrow, Harrow Drug Action Team, and PAYP Harrow. We are funded by a number of statutory sources, charitable trusts and individual donors. Some of our key partners and donors include:

• Youth Sector Development Fund

• The Bishop of London’s Mission Fund: committed to serving London and all its people by staying present in every community, with a priority commitment to the poor and disadvantaged

• John Lyon’s charity: enhancing the conditions of life and improving the life-chances of young people through education

• Safer Harrow: promoting and increasing the safety of the whole community by working in partnership to reduce crime, disorder and the fear of crime within Harrow

• Harrow Drug Action Team (DAT) : delivering the government’s drug strategy at a local level

• Alvor Charitable Trust: giving grants, time and expertise, and offering support and encouragement, to funded causes

• Rotary Club of Ruislip-Northwood: connecting Ignite to potential donors

The purpose of the YSDF is to promote and support growth and build capacity within  third sector  organizations (TSOs) who deliver effective services and activities for young people in England, particularly the most disadvantaged. Through a mixture of grant funding and business support we want to enable good third sector youth organizations to sustain and grow their provision, including strategies to diversify their income streams.

This year, we are hoping to arrange a “Dragons Den” event. Individuals who want to make a substantial donation to charity will be invited to an evening where five charities working with young people will present their work and answer your questions. At the end of the night you will have an opportunity to give a donation to one or more of these local organisations.
